These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Reviva Biocare website and the services offered through it.
By accessing this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the term “user” includes any prospective patient or individual requesting information, coordination, or intermediary services through Reviva Biocare.

Reviva Biocare operates exclusively as an independent medical tourism intermediary and does not provide medical services, does not offer medical advice, and does not perform medical treatments.

1. Scope of Services

Reviva Biocare’s services are strictly limited to facilitating communication and coordination between individuals seeking medical treatments and independent third-party medical providers.

Services may include:

• Providing general, non-medical information

• Facilitating contact with independent medical clinics

• Assisting with coordination and scheduling support

Reviva Biocare does not:

• Diagnose medical conditions

• Recommend or prescribe medical treatments

• Perform medical procedures

• Provide clinical or medical opinions

All medical services are provided exclusively by duly licensed and independent medical professionals.

2. No Medical Advice

Any information provided by Reviva Biocare—whether through this website, email, SMS, phone calls, or other communication channels—is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Users must always seek advice from a qualified and licensed healthcare professional before making any medical decisions.

3. Relationship with Medical Providers

Reviva Biocare acts solely as an intermediary between the user and independent medical providers.

• Medical providers operate independently

• Medical providers are solely responsible for the medical services they provide

• Reviva Biocare does not control, supervise, or employ any medical provider

Any medical agreement, informed consent, diagnosis, or treatment is entered into directly between the user and the medical provider.

4. Logistics & Third-Party Services

Reviva Biocare may assist with general coordination and orientation related to non-medical aspects of the user’s experience. However, Reviva Biocare does not provide, manage, operate, or directly deliver logistical services.

This includes, without limitation:

• Travel arrangements

• Flights or visa services

• Lodging or accommodation

• Ground transportation or transfers

• Medical facility operations

• On-site logistical services

All medical services and any related logistical services are provided exclusively by independent third parties, including clinics and/or their affiliated or subcontracted providers.

Reviva Biocare shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, changes, failures, or outcomes arising from services provided by third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Reviva Biocare shall not be liable for medical outcomes, complications, side effects, injuries, or treatment results

• Reviva Biocare shall not be liable for decisions made by users based on information provided by medical providers or third parties

• Reviva Biocare shall not be liable for acts, omissions, or negligence of medical providers, logistical providers, or other third parties

The user acknowledges and agrees that participation in medical treatments and associated travel involves inherent risks, and that such risks are voluntarily assumed by the user when utilizing Reviva Biocare’s intermediary services.

Use of this website and Reviva Biocare’s services is entirely at the user’s own risk.

6. No Guarantees

Reviva Biocare makes no guarantees regarding:

• Medical outcomes

• Treatment effectiveness

• Eligibility for specific medical procedures

• Availability, timing, or results of medical or logistical services

All medical determinations are made exclusively by licensed medical professionals.

7. User Responsibilities

By using Reviva Biocare’s services, the user acknowledges and agrees that:

• The user is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information

• Medical treatments involve inherent risks

• The user is responsible for following instructions and recommendations of licensed medical professionals

• The user assumes responsibility for their health condition and medical decisions

Reviva Biocare does not verify medical suitability or clinical eligibility for any treatment.

8. International Travel & User Responsibility

Services facilitated by Reviva Biocare inherently involve international travel in order to access medical treatments provided by independent medical providers.

The user acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for:

• Complying with travel, visa, and immigration requirements

• Obtaining and maintaining adequate travel insurance, including international medical coverage

• Complying with health, entry, and exit regulations of the destination country

• Assuming risks associated with transportation, lodging, and travel

Reviva Biocare shall not be responsible for incidents, expenses, delays, cancellations, itinerary changes, immigration issues, or consequences arising from international travel or lack of adequate insurance coverage.

9. Payments & Fees

Reviva Biocare collects an upfront reservation fee equal to twenty percent (20%) of the total cost of the medical treatment.

This reservation fee is charged in advance for the purpose of securing availability and reserving a treatment slot with the medical provider, as well as for Reviva Biocare’s coordination and facilitation services.

The reservation fee is not a payment for medical services and does not constitute the provision of medical care by Reviva Biocare.

The remaining eighty percent (80%) of the total treatment cost is paid directly by the user to the medical provider, in accordance with the terms agreed between the user and the provider.

Reviva Biocare does not determine medical pricing, treatment protocols, or clinical decisions.

10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the use of this website or Reviva Biocare’s non-medical intermediary services shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration, on an individual basis only, and not through class, collective, or representative actions.

The user and Reviva Biocare expressly waive any right to a jury trial, where permitted by law.

Arbitration shall take place in the State of New Mexico, United States, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Modifications

Reviva Biocare reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
